THE VANISHED PRINCE.

NO TRACE OBTAINED. BY CABLE— PRESS ASSOC 1 6 TlOfJ —COPYUIGH'I LONDON, Sep. 2. It is regarded as certain that Prince Ahmed reached Boulogne. The Daily Express states that the officials of the asylum where the Prince was confined are convinced that his disappearance is the result of a carefully worked out scheme. ■ They declare that . the Prince’s childish mental condition would not have allowed him to plan his own escape. A. medical conference summoned a while ago, consisting of the most famous mental experts of Europe, gave a verdict that the Prince was a fit subject for restraint. It is stated that he was subject to maniacal frenzy and aural hallucinations. One of the missing attendants told his wife: “Don’t ever be surprised if I am held up at any time, but wherever.the Prince goes I go too.”
