GIVING CREDIT.
SHOULD BE CRIMINAL OFFENCE,
Mr. C. B. Budd, Toronto', serA T ice manager of the Canadian Credit Men’s Association, addressing a there, said that Canada to-day Avas suffering from too much credit and too easy credit, and that it Avould be a good thing if the Government Avould make .it a criminal offence to give credit of any description. This AA r ould do much to cheapen goods, so that at the end of the period the people Avould not Avant to go back to a credit system.
