Tom Mann, who presided at the second annual conference of the National Minority movement at Battersea, advocated ,an immediate big campaign of propaganda. in the Army, Navy and Air Force to meet the capitalist offensive. The report of the Transport [Workers’ minority movement admitted that their organisation among the seamen was at the lowest owing, to Mr Havelock Wilson’s dictatorship. The secretary mentioned that unemployed had guarded the conference buildings all night against a possible attack bv Fascisti.—Renter.

A number of Lascar seamen’s- representatives were present when the National Minority Conference. was resinned at Battersea. Hie proceedings were chiefly devoted to diatribes. Mr. Harry Pollitt suggested thatthere were responsible trade unionists who were secretly glad of the unvAficin.l seamen's strike, becaues Mr. Tlfaveloek Wilson had broken the united front against the reduction oi wages.—Reuter..,
