MOUAT CASE.
A LEGAL POINT RAISED
ON EVIDENCE RE MANSLAUGHTER (BY TELEGRAPH. FRESS ASSOCIATION., CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 28. Frederick Peter Mouat, who was found guilty of manslaughter, will come up for sentence on Monday. His counsel will then raise the question of whether there was any evidence of manslaughter to go to the jury.
