FLOODS IN JAPAN.
TOKIO AND YOKOHAMA DAMAGED BY CABLE-PRESS A SHOOT ATI ON COPY RIGHT TOKIO, Aug. 26.
As the result of heavy rain large sections of the city were flooded. Thousands of houses were badly damaged, and som e destroyed. In some streets the water was four feet deep. Yokohama and neighbouring towns also suilered severely from the Hoods.
