The Berlin correspondent of the Times says that an appeal has been ssued lor subscriptions for a new Zep:e in for the alleged purpose of a voyage to the North Pole. The correspondent describes this as a left-handed challenge to the Allies’ decision in regard to Geiman airships. The appeal is signed by representatives of al dll SS6S Ecltener, who piloted ZR2 to America, does not believe the Allies will • moose the construction of a great airship for a scientific voyage, which wil produce more than mere scientific results, namely, experience and proof ci the suitability of the Zeppelin for longdistance traffic. —Times.
