. SOCIAL FUNCTIONS. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCI ATTON—OOPYRIOHY BUENOS AIRES, Aug. 26. The Prince of Wales has returned from his two-dav stay at a ranch at Nuetal. On Wednesday lie attends a luncheon tendered by the Chilian Ambassador, and for the remainder of the week will lie taken under the wing of the British colony, the members of which have arranged a series of social functions in his honour.
