WORLD’S ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. AMSTERDAM, Aug, 23. The world’s amateur road cycling championship of IS3 kilometres (.114 miles) was won by IToevenars. (Belgium) in 6 hours' 34 minutes 9 seconds. Boclier (France) was second, and Vanderling (Holland) was third. It was a most exciting finish, being won by a quarter of a wheel.
