Amongst twelve racehorses shipped from London to Australia are the wellknown performers Bagpipes, Doorstep and Vitality. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Trotting Association at Auckland the following were elected to the Board of the Association : North Island, Messrs C. F. Mark and J. R. McKenziel: South Island, Messrs W. Hayward, H. W. Kitchingliam and J. M. Samson. The annual report and balance-sheet was adopted. A Sydney message states that \\ mabag has re-appeared on the track and has been worked steadily.
