The Prince of Wales, accompanied by the President, motored on Tuesday to the naval school, amid dense crowds in the streets. The party steamed up the river through long lines of shipping from every part of the world. The appearance of the yacht was the signal for an outbreak of pandemonium, each vessel, from the smallest to the largest, trying to produce the greatest uproar. After a twenty [minutes trip 'the Prince reached a packing factory, where he was greeted by thousands of children dressed in white. After an inspection of the plant, lie motored hack to town. The entire route was lined with spectators. A feature of the return was the release of a hock of, birds dyed red, white, and blue. The prince attended a gala performance ,at the opera at night. —Reuter.
