WELLINGTON, Aug. IS. The Wellington Gas Company lias started erecting a new gasholder at Miramar, to hold two million feet. It is of spiral guided design, and is the biggest of this kind in Australasia. The chairman has anounced a reduction of the price of gas from October of twopence pea- thousand, also, the formulation by the company, with the assistance of the union secretary, of a superannuation scheme for the employees. MESSAGE TO ME WILFORD. WELLINGTON, Aug. 18. Mr T. M.
