PUBLIC INTEREST IN WILL. ay CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION -COPYRIGHT LONDON, August 12. 1 The terms of the will of the Earl of Ypies, by which he left his who e fortune of £25.000 to Edward Cox, a lifelong friend, without reservation of any kind, continue to excite public discussion. T he exc'usion of the family js partly explained by the fact that a war services grant of £50.000 is in the hands of the Public Trustee for the benefit of the Earl of Vpres’ descendants, including the* countess, the new earl, his sister and brother. The new earl refuses a -statement, bemud saving: “The will has created a situation wo wouhl rather not discuss, hut-we have known its terms for a long time.”
