BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Received Aug. 13, 12.40 p.m. PARIS, Aug. 12. It is learned that landing operations at Alhucemas will begin as soon as the French offensive has been launched. The Echo De Paris, detailing the reorganisation on the Moroccan front says; —“The reserves of two divisions are concentrating behind the line between Fez and Faza. The whole French force is strongly equipped, notably with a new quick firing rifle. Marshal retain will return to Morocco to inaugurate a new measure. A message from Fez says that Abd el Krini is organising his defence along the entire front, preparing strong lines of trenches before Sheshuan. Reuter. . .
