FRENCH AND SPANIARDS AIEET. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PARIS, Aug. 11. Advices from Wezzan state that two French detachments who have combined in operations for the reprovisioning of the post at Zitouna have effected a junction with the Spaniards at the River Louklcos.
