RATES, 1925-192 G. -pUBLIC Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Rating Act. .1908,!’ and the amendments thereto, “The Comities Act, 1920,” and the amendments thereto, and “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,” it is the intention of the Council of the County of Egmont, at a special meeting of the Council to be held at the County Chambers, _ Opunake, at 12 noon, on MONDAY, the 31st day of AUGUST, 1925, to make and levy the following. A rebate of five per centum will be allowed to every ratepayer on so much of the amount of General Rates payable by .him as is paid before the expiration of thirty days after the due date thereof.
