The Petit Parisian's Benlin correspondent learns that a Russo-German conference, held at Berlin recently, drew up an addendum to the Treaty of Rapello. The terms have been kept secret, but it is believed they Will determine the .lines of future Russo-Gei-man collaboration in the event,of Getmany entering the League of Nations or signing a guarantee pact.—Reuter.
