CREW UNCONSCIOUS. An unusual accident happened to a motor launch proceeding to Cape Don .ighthouse with a Chinese captain and crew of three aboriginals. All aborad the launch suddenly became seriously ill and unconscious-through some. mys_ te.ious poisoning. The engine of .the launch wag still running, and the boat began to drift at random. A squall struck her, and carried away most of her top gear.. Then )one abaTdgsnal recovered consciousness, and steered the launch back to port. Dr. Hones has so far been unable to diagnose the cause of the-poisoning, which was probably caused by a native herb.
