A NEGRO HANGED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Aug. 10, 1.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 9. A mob at Excelsior Springs dragged a negro assailant of a white girl from prison and hanged him. The negro protested his innocence.—Sydney Sun Cable.
