(Received Aug. 6, 11.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 6. Mr Lang (Premier of New South Wales) states that he will not attend the meeting of the Loan Council to he held on: the 15th. It is said that none of the New South Wales Ministry will be present to represent the State. WESTRALIAN POLITICS.

In the Assembly, during the Ad-dress-in-Reply, the leader of the Opposition moved a vote of want of conML fi’dence in the Government on the / ground that it had failed to maintain law and order during the recent industrial upheaval. The debate was adjourned.
