The annual report (previously published) and balance-sheet were adopted. A motion of condolence with iJie relatives of the fate Air. Jos. Simpson was passed. The following oilicers wore elected: Fireside lit, Air A. Good; vice-president, Mr. J. AI. .Hickey. senr. ; treasurer, Mr. G. .Burr-Brown. Eons j-tii was re-elected chairman.
