COMPLETED WITHOUT INCIDENT

(Received Aug. 4, 12.45 p.m.) BERLIN, Aug. 3. Reports from all parts show that the Eranco-Belgian evacuation of the Ruhr (except the, three sanction towns, Dusseldorf, Duisberg and Ruhrort) was everywhere carried out without incident. The inhabitants refrained from any demonstrations likely to cause trouble.—Reuter.
