Reports from all parts show that the Eranco-Belgian evacuation of the Ruhr (except the, three sanction towns, Dusseldorf, Duisberg and Ruhrort) was everywhere carried out without incident. The inhabitants refrained from any demonstrations likely to cause trouble.—Reuter.
