“INCIDENT NOW CLOSED.” LON DON, July 21. It is understood, says the Sofia corlespondent of the Times, that the latest Yugoslav-Bulgarian incident is now closed. It is expected that the frontier shortly will lie reopened to Bulgarians, while Bulgaria will pay an indemnity in resuect of a Yugoslav subject who is missing, and who is believed to have been killed.
