SAFETY LIGHTS FOR DOGS.
A Continental dog lover has invented an electric sign for dogs, which may save the lives of many of them. It lias been officially adopted and is now being used in several towns in Central Europe. A belt is fastened round the dog, which carries a small electric battery underneath his body, and a tiny red electric lamp just above his back. At night time the motorist will see these little red. lights moving like ghosts along the roads.
