Air Simpson (Canada.) presided at the British Commonwealth Labour con. ference, which debated the Geneva protocol. Mr. Ramsay MacDonald said he honed the delegates on returning would keep the spirit of the protocol The conference decided to send questionaires to each organisation to secur e the views of the various Labour movements on inter-commonwealth political relations, particularly regarding armaments and war, also the position of a subject in a people’s empire.
