BY CABLE—-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PARIS, July 28. A Madrid message says that a communique states that a French- aeroplane traversed the Qudates Spanish zone. The whole of the Spanish aeroplanes bombed the enemy concentrations advancing on the French front near Hasihuesgat. The Franco-Spanish aii- forces have thus begun to exercise the right to fly over each other’s territory as agreed. Advices from Fez state that there are signs of lassitude amongst many of the Riff tribes, several of whom are demanding the cessation of hostilities.
