HIDDEN WATCH FOUND. (BY TKI.ECK.APH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, July 27. After being forty days in gaol, a prisoner was found to be in possession of a goid watch. He had been convicted on a charge of stealing a watch, which had never been produced, and bv some means had evaded all search, and concealed the article in the loaf of bread served out each day. Finally a warder noticed something suspicious and found the watc-h.
