REVOLUTION ARIES SURRENDER
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPY RIGHT LISBON, July 20. All the revolutionaries surrendered this morning after much .shooting. Martial law has been established throughout the country. The Government threatened to -bombard the Va.seo de Gama- if it held out, after which the cruiser surrendered unconditionally in the afternoon. The situation is otherwise normal.
