DOMAIN BOARD MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Patea Domain Board was held on Monday, Mr C. H. Fairweather piesiding. Gibbs asked the board to accept a cheque to purchase a cowing machine for the Nurses’ Home. The offer was accepted gratefully., , The question of appointing a night nurse was considered. It was stated that- there would, have to be an addition of two nurses to the staff if there were to be two permanent night nurses. It was decided to take no action.
