FREE HAND
FOR FRENCH CABINET. IN MOROCCAN CAMPAIGN. A MAJORITY ACQUIRED. (Received July 14, 11.55 a.m.) PARIS, July 13. The prima faeie results of the Parliamentary debates last night are a rupture of the Lelt Bloc, and the creation of a new Government majority, the acquisition of a free, hand by the Government to pursue the campaign in Morocco if Abdul Krim rejects the Franco-Spanish terms, and to negotiate a settlement of the question of interAllied debts by the autumn. Budget estimates are: Revenue, 33,150,000,000 francs; expenditure, 33,137,000,000 francs. —Reuter. SHUTTLECOCK WITH BUDGET. PARIS, July 13. Iu the Chamber the Socialists again opposed, but the Budget was eventually carried by 421 to 150 substantially as amended by the Senate. The Bill is now being bandied about between the Houses, which were still sitting at 6.15 this morning, when it was returned to the Senate for the sixth time.
An agreement between the Senate and the Chamber was reached when the Budget was finally approved. Both Houses adjourned for the summer recess.
