The Federal Country Party, having thoroughly considered the wool stabilisation scheme set up by Sir J. Higgins, passed a resolution supporting a co-operative wool-selling scheme on the lines of the proposals of Sir .T. Higgins, but expressing the emphatic opinion that the scheme must be free from any suggestion of Government control.
