Received July 4, 1 p.m. It has been deiinitely decided by HP the State Health authorities that the * second suspicious case is not plague, hut a form of blood poisoning. A LABOUR PROTEST. MOTION TALKED OUT. MELBOURNE, July 4. In the: House of Representatives Mr. Charlton moved an adjournment in order to discuss the presence of the Australian cruiser Brisbane in Chinese waters. After a vigorous protest by Mr. Charlton, and a reply by the Prime Minister (Mr. Bruce), the motion was talked out bv the other members.
