NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY GENERAL RATES FOR 1925-1926. T)IJBLIC Notice is hereby given that, -*• in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by ‘‘The Rating Act, 1908,” and amendments thereto, and by “The Counties Act, 1920,” and amendments thereto, it is the intention of the Council of the County of Hawera, at a Special Meeting of the said Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Princes Street, Hawera, on SATURDAY, the. lltli day of JULY, 1925, to make and levy the following General Rates on the Capital value of all rateable property within the respective Ridings of the County as follows: — HAWERA RIDING, lid in the £. MOKOIA RIDING, Hd in the £. ARARATA RIDING, 1M in the £. Such Rates to be for the period commencing on Ist day of April, 1925, and ending on 31st day of March, 1926, and shall become payable-in one sum to the County Clerk and Treasurer at the County Office, Princes Street, Hawera, on the 20th day of July, 1925.
