TRIBUTE TO 1 DECEASED MEMBER

Following the death last night of Mr. 0. Roberts, a. past- playing member of the Okaiawa Football Club, the Taranaki Rugby Union has agreed to postpone all fixtures in which Okaiawa. toamis would have been engaged tomorrow.

Many friends in Okaiawa district will learn with deep regret oi‘ the death. a>t the early age of twenty-five years, of Mr. Oswald J. Roberts, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. Roberts and brother of Messrs If), and 13. Roberts. Like his more famous brother, lie had been a footballer and member of the Okaiiiawa Club. He had an attack .some time ago of rheumatic fever, and his death was the result- of a heart -affection following on the fever. Much sympathy will go- out to his relatives in their sorrow.
