The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that after many months’ negotiations'an agreement been reached for the formation of a FrancoGerman iron and steel trust. France 'receives the. right to send Germany 1,750,000 tons of iron ore from AlsaceLorraine, the Sarre and Luxembourg annually. •' . ; . . - , The German and French heavy ilgivstries retain control of their own home markets, but will form d joint syndicate for foreign operations, orders from, which will he divided proportionately between France and Germany.
