WATERS RECEDING. WOiRST APPEARS TO BE OVER;. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT, Received June 24, 12.5 p.m. SYDNEY, June 24. Flood waters at Richmond are gradually receding. Farmers who removed their cowls to the high land, erected temporary bails, and alter milking their cows forwarded the milk over miles of flooded country by motor launch to the factory. At Windsor the worst now appears l to be pa-sit, but it will be several days before communication by road will be restored.
