RIFFS FORTIFY COAST.

Abdel Ivrim, through the Times’ Tangier correspondent, announces that the Riff coast is now fortified, and orders have been given to fire oil any ships near the shore* To avoid incidents with neutral Powers, he requests that all merchant ships give the coast a wide berth.—Times.
