NOT A DIRTY SHIP. *BY TEtJSG 11 APH— FKIIS 8 ASSOCIATION - WELLINGTON, June 18 Mi- Hiram Hunter, a member of the Arbitration Court, referring to ie complaint made by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce regarding the Mararoa, stated: ‘‘l am a regular passenger between Lyttelton and Wellington, and can safely say that for anyone to growl about the conditions >of the 'Vlararoa on Saturday last and Sunday last is the ‘dizzy limit.’ ” Mr Hunteradded that there was no foundation tor the statement made by a Dunedin passenger. He read with astonishment the°remarks alleging that the vessel was in a dirty state.
