HAWEEA MEN ;S CLUB. The competition for this week will be the second round of the patron’s trophy, and it is expected there will be a large entry. Bad weather prevented the trip to Eltham, and this will lie taken later. MANAIA CLUB. On Saturday a. bogey competition was played by the members of the Men’s Club, when the winner was W; Armitage, with a card of 2 up on the Colonel. The next best were P. Wright 1 down, L. Young 3. down, E. Boyle 3. down, W. Crawford Watson 3 down, T. Hotter and Wallis 4 down. The team to play Paten this week at Manaia, will be: P. Wright, Poynter, A. Hannah, M. Evan, W. Armitage, G. Menli, W. Crawford Wn.tson, A. C. Smith, 11. D. Smith, and one more (to lie chosen).
