The yacht race to Papette started late this afternoon with four participants, the the Idalia, the Eloise and the Shawnee. It is expected the voyage will be completed in about, twenty days. QUIET ANNIVERSARY. ROME, June 11 The anniversary of the murder of the deputy (Signor Matteotti) passed off without incident. OUTBREAK OF MEASLES. LONDON, June 10. There was an outbreak of measles among the third-class passengers on the Orama, which arrived at Plymouth today, during the last ten days. PLOTTERS” PUNISHED. MADRID, June 10. It appears that young students at. a school of engineering were responsible for the attempt on the Royal train on June 5. A court-martial sentenced the ringleader to twenty years’ imprisonment and nine others to four and ten years’ imprisonment. BALLOON RACE. BRUSSELS, June 1. The Belgian balloon Prince Leopold, piloted by Veenstra, won the substitute Gordon Bennett Cup given by the Belgian Aero Club to replace the original, which Belgium -won outright last year. Veenstra landed at Coatourinan in Spain to-day.
