AIR SERVICE TO AUSTRALIA. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON. June 10. Sir Se.fton BranCker (Director of Civil Aviation) said Holland had asked Britain to co-operate in an aeroplane service between India and Sourabaya. If this is carried out it will inevitably be extended to Australia. Britain pi-opoeed to establish an airship service between London, Egypt, India and possibly to Australia within five years, when two additional improved airships will be completed. An aeroplane service would shortly begin from Egypt to India.
