LONDON, June 10 t The Daily Telegraph's Parliamentary correspondent says that a Cabinet eommittee has reported favouring a oehnite programme of navy construction spread over a number of years. It is understood the Treasury is convinced that a programme of replacement is absolutely necessary.—Aus.-N.Z. Assn.
