Tibbie to offer him congratulations on his self-sacrifice, he again submitted himself for blood transfusion at the London ancl N.Z. Assn. Mr Tibbie was included in the Birthday honours, having been awarded 0.8. E. for his self-sacrifice in repeatedly offering himself for blood transfusion and refusing all fees.
