RUM -SMUGGLING RESUMED. BY CABLE -PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT NEW YORK, June 3. A telegram.from Boston says that a request for three additional navy destroyers and a seaplane to cope with the shins returning to Rum Row, off Cape Am and Boston harbour, has been sent to Washington by the chief coastguard. The line twenty-two miles off the shore has now grown to twelve vessels, including seven British and one French.
