VISAS REFUSED.
TO SOVIET DELEGATES. A RUSSIAN COMPLAINT. INJURY TO TRADE ALLEGED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI (Received May 26, 10.15 a.m.) MOSCOW, May 25. 1 The Izvestia states that several Powers in normal relations with Russia, recently refused visas to representatives of Soviet economic organisations, thus injuring the development of economic intercourse. Many responsible representatives of Soviet firms were obliged to cease work and leave England owing to the refusal of their request for prolongation of their visas. France and Sweden were apparently adopting the same policy.— A. and N.Z. Assn.
