BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, (Received May 23, 9.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, May 23. , Doubts regarding the powers of the Arbitration Court to deregister a recalcitrant union under the Arbitration Act were expressed by the deputypresident, Judge Webb, who adjourned the application to deregister the Seamen’s Union.
It was agreed to state a case for the judgment of the High Court.
