“Taking all the circumstances into account, 1 am unable to find that the defendant acted with fraudulent intent in being a. party concerned in the transfer in the form in which it went through,” said Air. Wyver n Wilson, S.AI., in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, in dismissing the information against Leslie Arthur Dbugall, who was charged with a breach or the Stamp Duty Act. “The defendant,” said the magistrate, “had consulted his partners and consulted Mr. Wilding. He was advised by Mr. Wilding and also by his father. It seems to me that he miist be absolved from any criminal intent.”
The charge against W ilding is now proceeding.
