ALLEGED MANSE AIT GHTER. (by TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, May 21. George Edward Barker, the young 1 man who- was -associated with Thomas Biltcliffe, who died Tn a city hotel a few weeks ago as a result of an overdose of heroin, appeared at the Police Court and wais fhauered with the manslaughter of Biltcliffe. He was remanded to May 2S. Bail was refused.
