VISITS WEMBLEY EXHIBITION. INTERESTED IN NEW ZEALAND PAVILION. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION —COPYEIGHT. Received May 21, 1.40 p.m. LONDON, May 20. - The Commissioner, Mr Roberts, escorted the Queen Mary during her visit to the New Zealand Pavilion at Wembley. Her Majesty was particularly interested in the Rotorua diorama, and was charmed by the expansive views of the mountains and thermal districts. She thought the •colouring was splendid, and recalled her fisit to New Zealand, also the names of certain guides, inquiring whether they were still living. Her Majesty next stopped at the Milford Sounds and Waitomo Caves dioramas, and expressed regret that she had not visited the originals. After a thorough inspection of the exhibition, the Queen commented on the wonderful display. She was keenly interested to learn that the 1924 exhibition had benefited New Zealand’s trade. Mr Roberts added that the publicity campaign in 1925 was likely to further increase the demand for New Zealand’s .products.-—Sydney Sun Cable.
