FORGED PASSPORTS.

ILLEGAL PRINTING PRESS: LONDON, May I. Tlie Riga correspondent of the Times reports that the local police discovered an illegal Communist’ printing press and also materials for printing forged documents and passports, with which they were able to trace and arrest the Communist whom the Soviet recently appointed to control Communist propaganda throughout Latvia.. Twenty other Communists were also arrested. The majority of them were in possession of forged passports.
