PROPOSED CLOSING. RESIDENTS DISSATISFIED. (by TELEGRAPH—PRESS assooiation OTARI, May 16. At a conference, between the Palmerston. North. Hospital Board and represent ativesi cl the. residents of Otaki, strong objection, was taken to the proposed closing of the hospital. Dr. Watts promised two single bed' wards, an ambulance and a nurse, but Otaki was dissatisfied and will present a. petition to the Minister.
